What if a product is not in my posts?
You add it by hand. We use your posts only to get you started — in the dashboard you create any product yourself: photo, name, price, sizes and colours. Your catalog is not limited to what you posted on Instagram.
Do I need a website?
No. The catalog lives right inside your Instagram DMs — for many shops it effectively becomes their website.
I manage orders in a CRM. Will I have to copy them by hand?
No. During setup we connect the catalog to the CRM you already use: products, prices and stock come from it, and new orders from DMs go straight into it.
Will customers know they're not talking to a person?
Yes, and that's fine. They see product cards with photos and buttons — like a shop's app. The catalog doesn't pretend to be human and doesn't make up prices: it only shows what you've approved. Real questions stay with you.
What if the bot gets something wrong?
